Black Cat is a consulting company focused on Project Management and ERP implementations. As an extension of this, our project & implementation managers take a hands-on approach to each engagement, bringing creative solutions to difficult problems. Our industry experience includes food/beverage processing, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, FMCG/CPG, and healthcare/hospital operations.
Part of our implementation approach includes an onsite assessment, evaluation of current state, design of future state, and deployment of software. We manage your ERP vendor relationship, so you do not have to.
Our business is broken down into two segments:

Team
Zachary Walters, PMP
Owner & Managing DirectorBased in Dallas, Zach started Black Cat in 2021 with the aim of launching a consulting and ERP support company for small to medium sized businesses. After graduating from the University of Houston with a BBA in Supply Chain Management, he started working at an industrial distribution company in Houston, and quickly moved to working at a contract manufacturer in the DFW area. Additionally, he has worked in the healthcare space, assisting hospitals across the US and Canada to improve operational excellence.
With experience in multiple ERP systems, including Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Deacom, GP, Fishbowl, and more, Zach brings in an engaging personality to any project at your company. There is no issue he will not attack.
In his free time, Zach enjoys practicing yoga and socializing with friends.
Quentin Walters, CPA
ConsultantQuentin specializes in Federal, State and local tax as well as most everything accounting related. After getting a Masters degree in accounting and passing the CPA exam, he decided to settle in San Antonio with his wife Sandra.
When he’s not helping people with tax issues he enjoys cooking and hiking with his wife.
Eli Hatch, M.A.
AdvisorEli Hatch is the Director of Corporate Relations and Business Programs at the Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth. He has worked at the intersection of international corporate engagement, higher education, and professional development in Tokyo (New York University) and the Bay Area (University of California, Berkeley).
Eli also has a background in Japanese automotive manufacturing and regional expertise in East, Southeast, and Western Asia. Eli holds Master of Arts in International Education Management and Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, Monterey and is an alumnus of the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies in Yokohama, Japan.
Veronica Chen, DDS
AdvisorAfter graduating with a Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Birmingham, England, Veronica moved to New York City to complete dental school in the prestigious program at NYU.
Enjoying life in NYC for years, Veronica then embarked on another big journey and decided to move to the great state of Texas to pursue her dental career along with getting involved in various investment opportunities. As a business owner with over 50 employees, and serial entrepreneur involving startups, dental companies, and real estate, she brings a wide knowledge base and great energy to the advisory board.
Veronica is very analytical and tactical - her presence has helped shape the future of consulting at Black Cat industries with creative ‘out of the box’ thinking.
